2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age and identity may be required.

3. The Competition
3.1 This competition is a skill-based prize competition, not a lottery or raffle.
3.2 To enter, participants must correctly answer a competition question demonstrating skill, knowledge, or judgment.
3.3 Entries submitted with an incorrect answer will not be entered into the draw and no refund will be issued.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Tickets may be purchased via our website only.
4.2 Each correct entry constitutes one ticket.
4.3 There is no limit to the amount of tickets an individual can purchase.
4.4 The total number of tickets available for sale per competition can vary but will be clearly stated on each competition. Once all tickets are sold, the competition will close automatically.
4.5 Entry confirmation will be sent via email following successful payment.
4.6 Postal entries - In line with guidelines a free postal entry is possible but must be completely legible and completed accurately to include the following; Name, Date of Birth, full address, email, contact number, draw you wish to enter, answer to the relevant question and confirmation that you agree to our terms and conditions.
It must be sent on a postcard and mailed first or second class to Rusty Spanners, 34 Watt Road, Glasgow, G52 4RY.
Only when we are satisfied that a postal entry meets all of the criteria stated will it be entered into the competition.
We will not accept entries that are in any way computer generated, illegible, non-original, not on an actual postcard or in an envelope. Entries received after the competition is closed will not be valid.
We will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason.

5. Entry Fee
5.1 The cost per ticket will vary but is clearly stated on the individual competition listing and is payable at the time of entry.
5.2 All payments are processed securely via Square.
5.3 Entry fees are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 11.

6. The Prize
6.1 The prize is one motorbike, details as per the listing on the website.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Competition Dates
7.1 The competitions will open at random as stated by the promoter.
7.2 The competition closes when all tickets are sold.
7.3 The draw will take place upon the tickets all being sold and when the promoter states.

8. Winner Selection
8.1 The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries using a verifiable random number generator.
8.2 The draw will be recorded and may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.
8.3 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.

9. Claiming the Prize
9.1 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.
9.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9.3 Collection or delivery arrangements will be agreed directly with the winner.

10.1 By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and town/city for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

11.1 If the minimum number of entries required to run the competition is not met, the Promoter reserves the right to:

• Cancel the competition and issue full refunds to all entrants.

12.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.
